Especially, the demand is high for villas in Whitefield owing to its good connectivity and proximity to IT hubs. Besides, Whitefield has been the premium destination in Bangalore among the high-income groups.

The residential developers in the city indicated that the demand has increased significantly for the villa projects in Bangalore. Particularly, the demand has picked up in North Bangalore due to the proximity to the Bangalore International Airport and good social infrastructure. According to the recent reports, there will be 2 to 3 housing units were sold per month in this region, as per the residential developers who have their ongoing villa projects in the city. Alongside, some of the developers also reported that the sales have been high in the areas such as Whitefield. In the locality, the luxury villa projects that are priced between Rs 7.5 crores - Rs 9.5 crores have witnessed an increase in the absorption. Eventually, this has encouraged the builders to developer more residential villas in Whitefield, Bangalore.

Further, most of the builders developers the villas with the international amenities that meets the requirement of modern living. From health clubs to indoor swimming pools, the residential developers builds the projects with all the facilities. As the number of HNIs was increasing in the city every day, the builders ensure that they build projects with premium facilities. The prices of villas ranges between Rs 7.5 - Rs 8 crores in the suburbs of the city such as Devanahalli, Whitefield and Hebbal.
