FAR Change To Impact Bangalore Properties For Sale

Unitech's Unihomes at OMR comprises of two bedroom apartments with area falling I 700-715 sft, and available at an affordable price segment: 23-25 lakh. The apartments in Chennai are situated over Mallambakkam and have been constructed over 12 acres of land. Godrej Properties' Palm Grove is residential project targeting mid-income buyers. Sized anywhere between 1189 sft and 1489 sft, the units are 2 and 3-room flats. The units shall be available for buying by September 2014.

Tata Housing's Tata Santorini project in Poonamallee offers 1, 2, 3 BHK properties in Chennai. Santorini provides concept houses with Spanish life style. The apartments with area in 576-1386 sft bracket shall be available for possession by December 2016. Hiranandani Upscale is a luxury project with 2, 3, 4, BHKs built over 110 acres. Valued between 45 lakh and 2.2 crore, the residential units have been laced with modern amenities. Another major developer that has launched a series of residential projects in Chennai is Zircon International. Its Zircon Towers is a set of two room flats with different sizes. The project is located over Adyar and offers units with area anywhere between 340-1225 sft. Several local developers too have launched their residential projects along OMR and Adyar.
