FAR Change To Impact Bangalore Properties For Sale

Bangalore properties for sale have attracted alot of customers in the past few years. Bellandur property as well as Haralur Road flats is garnering a lot of attention from the buyers. This prompted many builders to build a number of floors and flats for sale in Bangalore. But this is likely to change as the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) is planning to issue a flat to round off the Floor-Area Ratio (FAR) to the lowest available on the stretch. If this is implemented then there might be a reduction in high-rise Bangalore properties for sale.

Currently, inspite of having varied road widths of the same particular road, developers are able to enjoy a FAR so they can build more flats for sale in Bangalore. The Municipal Corporation does not want to entertain any ambiguity. The Municipal Corporation is authorized to sanction the construction plan of property in Bangalore for sale. In the last few weeks the agency noticed that builders of property in Bangalore for sale are creating confusion in an attempt to get higher FAR so that they could construct more apartments for sale in Bangalore. The civic authority has therefore decided to bring a uniform road length. But this move is not being welcomed by the builders of apartments for sale in Bangalore as they will not be able to enjoy a higher FAR.

Bangalore property for sale like Bellandur property as well as Haralur Road flats are in high demand. Inspite of a slump in the real estate market there is a huge demand for Bangalore property for sale. Property in Bellandur and flats in Haralur Road are seeing a decent sales movement and therefore many builders were keen to launch more projects offering apartments for sale in Bangalore. To garner more profits they used make high rise building, but the recent BBMP decision has dampened their spirit. Many builders of Bangalore properties for sale think that the decision is unfair. Many builders have stalled their project launches as they feel that their property in Bangalore for sale might not earn the profits as they have expected or projected. Since lesser number of floors would be constructed they will be lesser number of Bangalore property for sale which will directly impact their profits. Only time will tell how this decision will impact the sales of flats for sale in Bangalore whether it will increase the demand or reduce the realty rates in the long run.
