In the last few weeks the agency noticed that builders of property in Bangalore for sale are creating confusion in an attempt to get higher FAR so that they could construct more apartments for sale in Bangalore. The civic authority has therefore decided to bring a uniform road length. But this move is not being welcomed by the builders of apartments for sale in Bangalore as they will not be able to enjoy a higher FAR.
